At the conclusion of this intimate and romantic moment, our experience was transformed by a performance of authentic Sicilian sounds led by our friends Mizzica Mizzica, the most vibrant folk band in Sicily.
Joy, dancing, bubbles, and amuse-bouches served by waiters on trays created moments for relaxation, enjoying good music in a magical setting!
And our lovely newlyweds? They were accompanied by the extraordinary Tamara Vidmar, a dear friend and the trusted photographer for our couple, wandering around Tonnara, capturing romantic memories as a couple in this unique venue in the world!
Meanwhile, we were putting the final touches on our long tables inside the Tonnara courtyard, ready to welcome our guests amid stunning colors and fragrances, an explosion of spring!
And because every story is unique and every couple has their own desires, Taja and Jon made their entrance into the Tonnara courtyard to the soundtrack of the TV series “Satisfaction,” featuring vibrant and dramatic notes.
Naturally, this was accompanied by the traditional waving of napkins, along with applause and shouts of joy!
And, as per tradition, which I am getting to know better and better, having the fortune of working alongside foreign couples who choose Sicily and my agency, the most anticipated moment during the seated dinner is the speeches.
They are touching, humorous, filled with anecdotes and stories that are always wonderful to share, and above all, they include expressions of thanks and gratitude! Taja to Jon, Jon to Taja, their best friend, all toasting to love and this incredible journey to Sicily!
